In honor of today, I present:

Click the image to check out Cake Wrecks' website.
Jen has a great sense of humor and it's why I look forward to staring at cake; daily. Well, some are not worthy of staring but I will put up with whatever photo she posts for her humor; her commentary is like no other.
Her website became a hit not long after she started it in May of 2008. I'm not sure who became more addicted; the author, readers or Wreckporters. No doubt it's a combination of all.
When Jen announced she was doing a book, I immediately pre-ordered. Ironic this is the first book I have ever pre-ordered? Probably.
I received the book last night. It's well made, beautiful and while the orange does not go with my decor, it's a great coffee table book. I flew through the beginning; history of the blog and what a wreck is. Time to get to the wreckage......
I've been through every post on Cake Wrecks, every single one (Or so I thought...). This book supposedly (I use that word only because I am not through with it, obviously, and really I believe Jen but still....) has some new stuff. I am so very excited about that.
Hmmm. Now I want cake.
Enjoy Non D Day all! ;-)

Thanks for introducing me to Cake Wrecks. Here's one photo I especially liked from this post, though I'm not exactly sure what a Turdophart is! But it gave me a good laugh.
I never remember to look at that website until someone else posts a link - but on the rare occasion I stop by, it's *always* good for a laugh! Thanks for the reminder because it's been a while since I perused the disasters there :)
Mmmm, what a great day for cake!!
Let's celebrate no-d day with a Cake Wreck!!
LOVE Cake Wrecks!!! SO funny, yet surprisingly YUMMY!!!
Hmmm, I think I could only visit the site when I'm NOT hungry, even if they are wrecks. It's still cake!
Last I heard...the cake is a lie (portal)
I'm a little late but that cake sure looks good! I need to add cake wreck to my RSS feed. I hope you enjoyed nodday.
